You must use a descaling solution with all of our EASY-SCALE™ kits. All EASY-SCALE™ descaling kits come with one complimentary sachet of Oust which is a descaling solution. We are not affiliated with Oust and you can use any other descaling products you wish with your EASY-SCALE™. Your use of Oust is completely at your own risk and you must read the instructions on the packaging before use to ensure you understand how to use the product and the risks involved. We offer no warranty or guarantee as to the suitability or effectiveness of Oust or any other descaling product you use. Oust is a hazardous substance and as such you should familiarise yourself with the safe use of this product.
